Exciting tasks
- Processing, control, and archiving of installation notifications, connection requests, and safety certificates
- Assessment of connection requests for energy generation plants, e-MOB, heat pumps, etc.
- Providing telephone information to customers, installers, property owners, and managers
- Independent execution of network calculations for the expansion of various producers and consumers
- Support of the smart metering system (mutations and device management)
- Installation and removal of smart meters
- Participation in the smart meter rollout (planning for meter installers, smart meter changes, initiating measures in case of problems, expanding head-end and repeater infrastructure)
- General administrative tasks
What you bring
- Completed electrical engineering basic training (qualified electrician, installation electrician, or similar)
- Local knowledge and contacts with administrations
- High IT affinity and solid knowledge of IT systems (IS-E, EDM/MDM systems)
- Independent working style and high willingness to perform
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Communicative, service-oriented, and well-organized personality
