Your Tasks
- First point of contact for occupational safety and health protection in the company
- Implementing and adhering to legal safety regulations as well as industry solutions
- Training new employees and conducting the annual in-house training
- Supervising and training apprentices in the sanitary and heating sector in collaboration with the practical trainers
- Organizing and conducting monthly learning afternoons
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a sanitary or heating installer with several years of professional experience
- Further training in occupational safety and a trainer course
- Solid experience in occupational safety, health protection, and supervising apprentices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as pronounced social competence
- Reliable and self-responsible personality with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
