Mandate Manager Fiduciary, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the care and advice of clients in all fiduciary areas
• In doing so, you represent clients in dealings with authorities and advise them on legal as well as business management issues. These include, among others, company formations, liquidations, as well as the purchase and sale of companies
• Maintaining financial and payroll accounting is part of your varied range of tasks, as is tax planning and the preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• In addition, you supervise the work of the caseworkers and promote their professional development
• Depending on interest, there is the possibility to participate in the implementation of IT projects in the course of digitalisation
• Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as actively contributing to the expansion of the customer base rounds off your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on preference

Requirements

• You have further training as a fiduciary expert, fiduciary FA, financial and accounting specialist FA or a similar higher education in the financial sector (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in mandate management as well as good professional practice in the payroll area are required
• In addition, you bring good Abacus knowledge
• Are you a communicative and solution-oriented personality with a winning appearance, characterised by a high service orientation and quality awareness?
