To strengthen our international logistics team, we are looking for a Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) with a preferred start date of 01.09.2026.
What You Can Achieve
Organization and monitoring of worldwide transports by air, sea, truck, and courier
Handling shipments for repairs, replacement deliveries, exhibitions, and trade fairs
Verification and control of all required documents such as certificates of origin, import papers, invoices, packing lists, etc.
Responsibility for delivery and schedule coordination with suppliers, comparison of transport offers, and selection of freight forwarders
Responsibility for freight, customs, and VAT invoices in SAP
Ensuring the processing of declarations in GTS
Acting as an internal interface to controlling, purchasing, production planning, sales, goods receipt, and packaging company
What You Bring
Commercial training, further education in transport logistics is an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in import and/or export
Fluent German and proficient English
Communicative, proactive personality
Team player with an agile working style, open to changes and process optimizations
