To complement our small and dedicated team, we are looking for a HR Generalist 30-40% from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement who wants to help shape the future of our company together with us.

Your varied tasks

• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle and support our employees from entry to exit.

• You actively participate in the recruitment process and support, for example, in creating job advertisements or coordinating interviews and trial shifts.

• You are the first point of contact for employees, managers, the management and external partners in all HR matters.

• You maintain and manage personnel master data as well as contracts and support the monthly payroll processing.

• You manage absence and time management and coordinate matters relating to accident, health and social insurance cases.

• You organise staff events such as welcome days, team events and staff parties.

• You actively contribute to exciting HR projects and support topics such as workplace health management, employer branding as well as the further development of our HR processes and our employer attractiveness.

And you…

• have a hospitality or commercial education and ideally further training in the HR field (e.g. HR assistant, HR specialist certificate).

• have initial or several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with experience in payroll.

• communicate confidently in German. Good English skills are a great advantage.

• are an organisational talent, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations.

• are communicative, service-oriented and proactive.

• have a quick grasp, recognise connections and work precisely.

• are loyal and trustworthy and handle sensitive data with absolute discretion.
