Tasks

Ensuring a smooth workflow on the construction site
Planning and preparation of site organisation
Leading and coordinating employees on the construction site
Carrying out measurement work and preparing quotations
Billing and maintaining site documentation

Requirements

Completed training as a painter, foreman, site manager, supervisor or master painter
Experience in measurement work and preparing quotations
Several years of practical experience in project management in the painting trade
Very good spoken German skills and confident written communication
Ability to lead small teams and entrepreneurial thinking
