YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Participation in the design and further development of training content, including consideration of the latest trends and developments in the relevant professional field
- Supervision of apprentices in basic and supplementary training
- Deputising for the Stadler-internal ÜK leader, including taking over individual course and training sequences
- Conducting internal courses such as CAD, drawing techniques, 3D printing, etc.
- Professional preparation of apprentices for their assignments in the internal departments
- Participation in apprentice recruitment, conducting trial days including aptitude testing
- Basic instruction in additive manufacturing
- Preparation for partial exams TP and individual practical work IPA
- Participation in and management of various projects within vocational training
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Training as a construction draughtsperson EFZ or an equivalent qualification at HF level, including several years of professional experience
- Experience in vocational training or leading apprentices
- Communicative, empathetic and proactive personality with high adaptability
- Enjoyment of daily work with young adults
- Trainer course / SVEB1 certificate (or willingness to complete the necessary further training)
- CAD Catia V5 and V6 as well as Smarteam knowledge advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office environment
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with technologies such as 3D printing
