For our location in Langenthal, we are looking for you (immediately or by arrangement): Financial and HR Officer 80 – 100 %

Your tasks

• Managing accounts receivable and payable, creating payment runs
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for HR administration from entry to exit
• Managing payroll including social insurances
• Coordinating applicant management and providing administrative support for the recruitment process
• Advising managers and employees on questions regarding salary, social insurances, and labor law
• Participation and/or project leadership in projects in the finance and HR area
• Close collaboration with the head of financial accounting and taking over representation in their absence

What you bring

• Completed commercial training with several years of experience in finance and human resources
• Knowledge in payroll and social insurance accounting
• Good IT user skills
• Experience with Abacus and Messerli construction financing is an advantage
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Independent and reliable personality
