About the job
The IAB offers interprofessional support for people who have experienced coercive measures. The support is provided in close collaboration with our inpatient acute psychiatry services for adults and the external treatment network. The goal is supportive accompaniment beyond the inpatient setting to provide a trusting and recovery-oriented treatment in the future and to prevent further coercive measures.

- Advice, support, and assistance in everyday coping
- Interprofessional collaboration and patient-oriented networking
Profile
- Completed FH or HF degree
- Experience with people with psychoses and delusional disorders
- Recovery-oriented basic attitude
- Outgoing and empathetic personality with high social and communication skills
- High degree of self-organization and sense of responsibility
- Driver's license category B
