Since the time of the predecessor of the current rector, each individual provision of strengthened measures (formerly special educational measures) has been brought to the attention of the
School Council via B-business. This means a significant time commitment for the head of school administration from April to
July. To reduce the effort, the rector proposes to the school council that a monitoring be created by the head of the special education department, which provides these provisions in tabular form with all necessary contents. This should be presented to the school council twice a year via B-business.
A resolution (C-business) should only be made if an objection is raised by the school council against a provision in this area with the Office for Primary Schools and Sports.
Considerations
The school council supports this request for reducing effort. It is sufficient for them to have an annual monitoring of the extensions of the strengthened measures. The newly ordered measures should be presented as an annex.
