Your main tasks

Preparing medication for the residents as well as supplying materials to the care departments
Processing and recording medications for new admissions and after doctor visits
Ordering medication, care materials, cosmetics and medical aids
Co-responsibility in quality assurance in the pharmacy area
Data processing and data maintenance via Barcomed (inventory management system)
Inventory management
Providing assistance to the care staff

You bring with you

Completed training as a pharmacy assistant, pharmacy specialist with professional experience and sound knowledge of medications
Experience in a nursing home or hospital pharmacy
Good IT skills, especially in handling inventory management and patient documentation programmes
Independent, precise and quality-oriented working style
Good organisational skills and a quick grasp
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Willingness to collaborate across locations and flexibility regarding working days (Monday to Friday, no weekend or emergency duties)
