- After your onboarding, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks in the recruitment process
- You coordinate the job openings in collaboration with the responsible parties
- You organize and moderate kick-off meetings with the management to define the selection criteria together
- You write and publish the job advertisements
- You review, sort, and select the applications
- You assist in determining the salaries
- You take care of all administrative steps until hiring
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- At least 3 years of experience in HR support, administration, or project management in a large company, ideally in recruiting
- You work in a structured, reliable, and efficient manner
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team
- You speak fluent French and German, English is a plus
- You have experience with HR processes in the area of recruiting and have already worked in an agile environment or would like to do so
