Historical site, the Les Pâquis site housed the first infirmary of Morges in the 19th century, then the city's first hospital, before being converted into a nursing home in the 1970s. With its renovated premises, the site hosts part of the administrative functions of the EHC, such as human resources, finance, and information systems. The "Les Pâquis" site regained its medical purpose with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, becoming one of the canton’s largest testing and vaccination centers. This site now houses the Les Pâquis Medical Center, the endocrinology-diabetology center, and the infusion center.
We are looking for our Les Pâquis site, a:

YOU HAVE
- A higher education degree in human resources, health, or any other equivalent qualification. A CAS in Case Management is an asset.
- Proven experience in case management.
- Knowledge of Swiss social insurances (LAA, LAMal, AI, IJM) and professional reintegration processes.
- Managerial skills to understand the challenges of internal clients in order to guide them best.
- The ability to work in a network, closely linked with managers, staff, medical providers, and insurers.
- Excellent listening, analysis, and communication skills, as well as ease in conducting interviews.
- A strong solution orientation combined with an empathetic, neutral, and professional attitude.
- Discretion, administrative rigor, and effective priority management.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Be the resource person for the prevention and management of absences (illness, accident, disability) in collaboration with the SST, ensuring individualized follow-up of employees and coordination with internal and external actors.
- Advise and support managers in managing complex situations and applying institutional processes.
- Coordinate the follow-up of work incapacity by raising awareness among management, analyzing at-risk situations, and proposing targeted actions to reduce recurrences.
- Support absent employees in their professional reintegration by organizing follow-up interviews and assisting managers in developing the return-to-work plan.
- Ensure the central interface between HR, management, occupational medicine, insurance, and external partners to guarantee coherent and sustainable professional reintegration.
- Monitor absenteeism indicators, propose continuous improvements, and manage the loss of earnings insurance contract by identifying levers to reduce claims.
