Project Manager Architecture, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take on the sub-project management of projects in healthcare, working closely with the team
• You will act as the interface between the client, user representatives, specialist planners and the internal team
• Ensuring smooth communication is also one of your important tasks
• You will also be responsible for scheduling, minute-taking and preparing project documents
• Visiting various project sites in the German-speaking part of Switzerland is also part of your duties
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training or further education as an architect or construction manager (m/f/d)
• You also bring professional experience in project management
• Industry experience in healthcare, medical technology or hospital management is a great advantage
• It is also important that you are familiar with the relevant building regulations and standards of Switzerland, according to SIA
• Do you also consider yourself communicative and competent in presentations, with a good architectural imagination?
