What you bring
- A qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Empathy and patience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Experience and passion for nursing/medical-technical tasks
- Flexibility, resilience and an independent, service-oriented working style
- Ideally experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Good administrative and IT user skills
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle
- A pinch of humour
What to expect
- Professional support and co-responsibility in managing the health issues of clients in the residential groups
- Training/instruction and controlling of professional services in the residential groups in cooperation with the team leaders
- Definition of nursing services
- Ensuring professionalism in client documentation/performance planning
- Ensuring the quality of the nursing process
- Medication management
- Targeted assumption of tasks in the residential group (independent planning and coordination of the tasks to be done)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external bodies
- Work assignments in the residential groups at various locations
- Regular working hours (Monday - Friday) with occasional on-call duties
