About the job

• You ensure the machine capability of our SMT and THT systems, analyse the performance and specifically derive optimisation measures.
• You stabilise existing processes and develop new manufacturing solutions – from the initial idea to successful series release.
• You work closely with product development during product launches and ensure a smooth transfer into production.
• You maintain and develop manufacturing master data as well as design rules for PCBs – efficiently, structured and practical in SAP.

• Technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics / systems engineering, production engineering / manufacturing engineering or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in programming and optimisation of SMT and THT systems
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for further developing existing processes and systems
• Methodological competence (Lean Six Sigma)
