To strengthen our Quality Assurance team, we are seeking from 01.08.2026 or by arrangement a

Your tasks

• Checking the content accuracy of order documentation based on valid GDocP/GMP guidelines and relevant customer requirements
• Assisting with the subsequent correction of incorrect, imprecise and/or missing information in the order documentation
• Obtaining batch release from the responsible specialist authority or their deputy
• Checking pallet loading
• Review and release of laboratory test reports (microbiology, concentration, identity)
• Examining and photographing retained samples in case of customer complaints
• Scanning and archiving production orders
• Checking and archiving pharmaceutical disposal documents
• Administrative final inspection of production orders and sterilisation certificates
• Supporting the Quality Management team in administrative tasks
• Tracking open quality tasks within the organisation
• QA release in the document control software MasterControl
• Supporting document control and revising documents (SOPs)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• High quality and sense of responsibility and high reliability
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital software applications
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Work experience in medical and/or pharmaceutical technology (desired)
• GMP knowledge advantageous (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Experience in quality management advantageous
• Independent working with a high degree of personal responsibility in a GMP-regulated working environment
