Job Description
You take responsibility in the area of Business Unit Controlling worldwide, as well as in Legal Entity Controlling of Scintilla AG with the following focuses:
- Global responsibility for margin planning in the accessories area in close cooperation with the regions
- Intra-year tracking of margin and KPIs, including preparation of documents for regional sales meetings
- Analysis and monitoring of global SG&A budgets within the monthly closing as well as in forecasts
- Continuous development of tools and reports for margin and SG&A tracking
- Conducting various analyses for the organization and management, including management-appropriate preparation and presentation of results
Qualifications
Education: Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics/engineering or similar (FH/University) and the concrete intention to start a master's degree in Switzerland
Experience and know-how: Initial internship or professional experience in controlling. Solid knowledge of MS Office applications as well as experience with digital tools and AI technologies
Personality and working style: Structured, independent, ambitious, team-oriented, flexible, and solution-oriented
Enthusiasm: High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new things. Strong passion for numbers, data, and analyses
Languages: Very good English skills
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed bachelor graduates who want to pursue a master's degree. The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 – max 18 months of practical experience to familiarize with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis. This phase includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to successful completion.
