To strengthen our operational IT, we are looking for an IT Operations Manager with a pronounced hands-on mentality and strong coordination skills.

In this versatile role, you connect operational IT management with project coordination and compliance topics in a dynamic healthcare environment. You report directly to the executive management and gradually take on more leadership and management responsibilities.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Leading and coordinating the clinic support team as well as ensuring daily IT operations
• Supporting workplace IT, user onboarding, and lifecycle management
• Collaborating with external IT service providers and infrastructure partners as well as continuously improving processes and service quality

Projects & Development

• Leading and coordinating operational IT projects as well as introducing and optimising clinical and administrative systems
• Aligning implementations with specialist departments and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to the establishment of sustainable standards, governance, and support structures

Data Protection & Compliance

• Operational coordination of data protection and compliance activities
• Collaboration with external data protection and compliance specialists

The role does not assume the formal position of data protection officer.

• Experience in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
• Good technical understanding of workplace IT and operational support
• Experience in project coordination and process optimisation
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Very good German and English skills

Advantageous

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity management, or IT infrastructure operations
• Experience with GDPR or operational compliance processes
• Interest in health technology, digital transformation, and AI
