Tasks
- If you manage the Convenience / Meat / Fish department, you have a clear focus: the needs of your customers.
- Every day, you are competent and motivated to serve our demanding clientele.
- Adhering to quality standards is a matter of course for you.
- You always have the leadership metrics under control and if problems arise, you respond accordingly.
- You ensure daily that the sales area is inviting for shopping and the shelves are always stocked.
- You lead your team and create the staff deployment plan.
Requirements
- Completed sales training? Then you are ready for this job.
- Show us in your dossier that you have leadership and industry experience.
- You are always cheerful and present yourself in sales exactly as you are.
- Working hours? You are very flexible.
- You have a very good command of German - both spoken and written.
