Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 50–90% | Spitex
As a health professional, you will take on a versatile and responsible role in the outpatient sector. You accompany our clients in their familiar environment and contribute significantly to their quality of life and independence through your work.
Your main tasks include:
- Care and support of our clients in their home environment
- Assistance with basic and treatment care according to the care plan
- Observation and forwarding of relevant changes to the responsible nursing professionals
- Electronic documentation of the services provided
- Co-creation of professional, appreciative, and client-oriented care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, as well as internal and external specialists
You bring with you:
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ with treatment course
- Ideally, you already have experience in Spitex
- Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in contact with people and strong social skills
- Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience
- Confident handling of digital work tools
- Driving licence category B or willingness to undertake assignments by e-bike
