What is my role?

Design architecture. Lead projects. Take responsibility.

Do you want to not only plan architecture but actively shape your projects from the first idea to implementation? Do you combine creative thinking with a strong understanding of construction and execution planning and enjoy taking responsibility?

Then a versatile position with plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to independently drive demanding construction projects awaits you.

Your tasks

• You plan and realise demanding building projects in structural engineering and accompany them through all service phases.

• You develop architectural designs and confidently transfer them into detailed execution planning.

• You take on the professional and organisational leadership of internal and external planning and project teams.

• You coordinate specialist planners, contractors and other project participants and ensure a smooth project process.

• You are in direct contact with clients and are a competent contact person throughout the entire project process.

• You take main responsibility for your projects and actively contribute your ideas and know-how.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies as a certified architect ETH or FH

• Several years of professional experience as a design architect as well as solid experience in execution planning

• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD

• Efficient, reliable and independent working style

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, ideally complemented by military leadership experience

• Solution-oriented and communicative personality with a confident manner

• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively driving projects forward

• Age ideally between 30 and 45 years
