After-Sales Technician - Yverdon

About the job

As a field service employee in the main Yverdon area, you ensure the maintenance and repair of our installations. In this role, you are in constant contact with our customers and convey the company's image.

We are a Swiss company specializing in the development and manufacturing of very high precision, customized, turnkey machining solutions. We support our clients active in the most demanding sectors such as watchmaking, jewelry, medical, and aeronautics.

• Maintenance of equipment at customer sites
• Technical diagnosis and effective intervention
• On-site technical assistance to customers
• Documentation of interventions, service reports, and parts used
• Compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Collaboration with internal teams to escalate complex problems if necessary
• Maintenance of tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good condition

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification
• Training in hydraulic and pneumatic technology
• Knowledge of CNC machine programming is an asset
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
