You have an excellent university degree and at least three to four years of professional experience as a lawyer in the field of Corporate and M&A. In your versatile role, you take on client responsibility and are in direct contact with our clients.
You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex cases. Your command of the German language is confident in style, and you have very good English skills, both spoken and written. You work with high commitment, purposefully, solution-oriented, and independently. You are resilient and motivated to prove yourself in a demanding environment and to work in a well-coordinated team.
