We are looking for a
Diet Cook 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Management of the assigned station in the diet kitchen
- Mise en place at the respective station with a focus on the preparation of menu components for diet forms, nutritional therapy and special diets
- When planning and developing new, trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to continually delight our guests
- You actively assist in all kitchen areas
- You support your colleagues in the hot or cold kitchen and participate in product presentation
- You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Working days: You work in a 7-day clinic operation in early or late shifts, depending on the duty roster
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Diet Cook EFZ or a comparable qualification
- You bring initial professional experience, ideally having gained several years of experience in a large kitchen
- Passion for culinary arts, high quality standards and attention to detail
- You are a team-oriented personality who takes responsibility and keeps an overview even in hectic moments
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills in English or French are an advantage
