This is what your job will be like
- You position Netrics as an attractive employer brand and develop a convincing employer branding story across all relevant channels.
- You design, plan, and manage employer branding and recruiting campaigns including social media, career website, and target group-oriented communication.
- You develop authentic employee stories and strengthen the visibility of our corporate culture on internal and external platforms.
- You support managers and executives in their professional presence on relevant social media channels.
- You communicatively accompany organisational changes and integrations, promoting identification, cohesion, and cultural integration.
- You work closely with HR, recruiting, content, and the Head of Marketing to ensure consistent communication.
- You are responsible for internal communication and further develop the intranet as a central information and culture platform.
What you should bring
- Experience in marketing, employer branding, or communication – ideally in a technology or service-oriented environment.
- A strong sense for digital trends as well as target group-oriented communication on social media and other relevant channels.
- Experience in planning and implementing campaigns as well as in building and further developing employer brands.
- Independent, structured, and creative working style.
- Very good German skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders and managers.
