To strengthen our team at our ambulatory care centre in Aarau, we are looking for you from 1 September 2026 or 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as

• You will independently carry out assessments and treatments of adults with psychiatric disorders and possibly participate in the pilot project group psychotherapy
• You will prepare the necessary treatment documentation and specialist reports and invoice the services provided according to TARDOC
• You will conduct treatments in individual and group settings for patients with various mental health conditions
• You will work closely with a multiprofessional treatment team and with insurers/cost bearers and employers as well as other institutions
• You will participate in on-call duties within the framework of the PDAG duty concept (approx. 6 weekend days per year at 100% workload)

• You hold a Swiss medical diploma or a foreign diploma in human medicine recognised by MEBEKO
• You have two years of inpatient experience in the field of psychiatry and preferably have already completed the foreign year
• You have German as your mother tongue or very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at language level C1
• You are in advanced psychotherapeutic training
• You are resilient, communicative and team-oriented and have a deep interest in the rapidly developing discipline of psychiatry and psychotherapy
