Your main tasks are

• Professional and organisational responsibility for the care needs assessment and classification of all residential units
• Responsible for checking and ensuring the correct care classification
• Support and review of the professional staff in care planning and classification
• Introduction of uniform and economical processes for needs assessment
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

You have

• Care training at tertiary level (HF/FH) or equivalent, Swiss-recognised qualification
• Extensive experience in long-term care or comparable professional environment
• Training as RAI Expert
• Experience in using RAI software and in implementation
• Integrity, resilient personality with high personal responsibility and a networked, analytical and conceptual way of thinking
• Very good MS Office user skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form

We offer a home to around 100 residents in 3 residential buildings. One of our goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of our residents for as long as possible.
