- Use of requirements engineering / business analysis methods and tools in an agile environment (Scrum and Kanban) to successfully develop our portal
- Driving the user-centred development of the B2E portal and the integration of internal applications into a seamless user journey within the B2E portal with consistently high-class customer experience
- Supporting solution selection regarding technology, systems or architecture by considering UX, long-term vision, implementation costs and operations
- End-to-end support of new features from analysis through incremental development to testing
- Supporting the Product Owner in stakeholder and backlog management
- Direct customer contact (internal stakeholders) in writing and orally as well as preparation and execution of change management for our sales staff together with internal stakeholders
- Supporting our stakeholders in daily business
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Several years of experience in business analysis, user experience design, requirements engineering or comparable activities in the insurance environment, preferably with a focus on process management or workplace
- Terms such as API, E2E, UX, CX, B2E, microfrontends are not foreign to you and you have successfully completed a degree or corresponding certifications
- You have a great understanding of the latest technologies and can discuss on equal terms with your developer colleagues. You always keep the user journey and efficient processes in mind
- Team player with the willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and continue your education
- User-centred approach with an eye for the big picture
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English. Other national languages are an advantage
