These are your tasks
- You care for and coordinate the stay of our inpatient orthopedic and trauma surgery patients on the ward from admission to discharge
- You take on tasks delegated by physicians and participate in handovers
- You independently conduct rounds as well as documentation and coordination tasks on order or in consultation with the medical service
- You are the contact person for the ward nursing staff as well as other interdisciplinary professional groups involved in the treatment process and support new medical staff during their introduction
What you bring with you
- You have a diploma as a registered nurse FH/HF and several years of professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally on a surgical ward
- You have a Bachelor in Nursing, a CAS Clinical Specialist, or a postgraduate degree (NDS) in intensive care, emergency, or anesthesia
- You enjoy working in a team, are socially competent, and are willing to continuously develop professionally
- The well-being of patients is your priority, and your precise, reliable way of working as well as your high sense of responsibility characterize you, and independent work motivates you
