This is your area of responsibility:

• In our "Technology Quality Processes" department, you lead projects for process optimization
• You design and plan with the goal of improving the productivity, quantity, and quality of our operations
• You evaluate and select suitable suppliers, accompany tests and commissioning of machines and systems
• Your area of operation includes existing and new locations at home and abroad
• You develop KPIs and prepare them in an understandable form
• You actively promote internal knowledge exchange and participate in cross-location working groups
• You contribute to the continuous development of our tools, methods, and technologies
• You organize and lead internal workshops and training sessions

This is what you bring with you:

• A completed degree as an engineer or industrial engineer with a focus on operations or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a production company
• Profound knowledge in the areas of value streams, factory layouts, automation, production planning and control, and business intelligence
• Additional experience in Lean Management / KVP and the ability to methodically identify and implement optimization potentials
• An independent working style, high social competence, and willingness to travel (20-40%)
• You communicate confidently in German and English; French skills are an advantage
