As a Sales Manager in Credit Insurance at AXA, you actively contribute to securing the growth of our clients and sustainably strengthening our position in the French-speaking Swiss market.
- You develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts in credit insurance
- You analyze the needs of your prospects and clients and structure tailor-made coverage solutions adapted to the challenges of international trade
- You negotiate with high-level decision-makers and identify new growth opportunities
- You maintain strong relationships with brokers and work closely with our underwriting and risk teams to provide efficient and competitive solutions
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You have a commercial education complemented by proven experience in the insurance, finance, or risk management sector, or you have solid sales experience in the industry.
- You have a good understanding of the commercial and economic challenges related to international trade
- You have a sharp commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and a strong results orientation
- You work independently and confidently in a demanding environment
- You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German and/or Italian is an additional advantage
