About the job
Tasks
- Support and care of residents in the LH 3 EG living group as well as support and guidance in all practical life areas
- Key worker duties and collaboration with internal and external partners, relatives and authorities
- Organisational and administrative tasks
Profile
- Training in social or healthcare, FaBe, FaGe or similar (mandatory)
- Ideally professional experience in supporting people with challenging behaviour
- Experience in practical supervision of trainees or willingness to take on this task
- Willingness to work weekends
- Physical suitability for care activities
- Proactive and committed
- Independence, team and communication skills
