Construction Manager / Construction Technician, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You accompany the project managers / architects during the execution planning
• Site management and the keeping of protocols and defect lists complete your demanding area of work
• In addition, you manage the construction accounting and cost control
• A project assistant is available to support the acceptance of administrative tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified technician HF in construction planning, specialising in architecture, or a similar qualification, or you are nearing the end of your training (m/f/d)
• You bring extensive professional experience, preferably in residential construction, public buildings as well as new builds and conversions
• Are you a responsible, independent, and forward-thinking personality who is also resilient?
