Efficient production of demanding blow & injection blow molded parts with approx. 40 employees / 3-shift system
Management of the Blow Molding / Injection Blow Molding department (including planning and organization)
Ensuring the production program, organizing shift operations and setup work
Cooperative leadership, qualification, and training of employees (GMP)
Carrying out repair, maintenance & servicing work including spare parts procurement
Ensures flawless production operation with corresponding quality & order (5-S)
Requirements
Completed vocational training EFZ (plastics technologist EFZ, or comparable training)
Several years of professional experience in employee management in the technical field
High social competence with appropriate assertiveness
Careful handling of technical equipment, independent and reliable work
You are well organized and have the necessary IT knowledge on the PC (MS Office)
You are flexible, proactive, a team player, resilient, open, and very well organized
Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
