In this role, you are responsible for the care of selected premium buildings of a key account customer. You mainly work at attractive locations along Lake Zurich, as well as in Adliswil and Rüschlikon. The focus of your activity is on careful inspection and the smooth operation of the buildings.
Your main tasks:
- Daily rounds
- Documentation of regular safety rounds
- Reporting of completed activities to the customer
- Taking over and processing all incoming tickets
- Carrying out repair and improvement work
- Responsibility for first intervention
- Support with second interventions in case of malfunctions
- Participation in the emergency organisation
Your profile:
- Training as a Facility Management Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
- Service orientation and customer focus
- Precise and reliable work quality
