We are looking for dedicated and qualified employees for our shopfloor in various areas within the Piece Part Repair department at Zurich Airport. If you feel challenged by this opportunity, we look forward to receiving your application as a Plastics Technologist.
As a Plastics Technologist, your tasks include
- Repair and modification of composite structural components
- Inspection and damage analysis of fibre-reinforced components
- Working according to repair schemes, specifications, and technical drawings
- Documentation of all work steps
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Application of the 5S principles and participation in continuous improvements
- Close collaboration with the quality and engineering departments
Your profile
- Completed technical training, for example as a polymer technologist, panel beater, or in a comparable field
- Experience in the repair of composite or fibre-reinforced components
- Very precise, independent, and quality-conscious working style
- Team-oriented, open, and constructive personality
- Good English skills at least at B2 level, German skills are an advantage
- Good basic IT knowledge
- Willingness to work in shifts
