  • Completion of health care training (EFZ) or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and empathy to select suitable staff.

  • Interface between clients, relatives, nursing staff, and internal specialist departments
  • Ensuring continuous and high-quality care
  • Participation in nursing as a Health Specialist EFZ – especially during handovers, introduction of new Live-In employees, and in challenging care situations
  • Support in administrative and organizational areas (e.g., deployment planning, case management, documentation)
  • Co-design and further development of internal processes and workflows in the Live-In area
  • Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
  • Experience in Spitex, long-term care, or a comparable environment
  • Strong organizational talent with the ability to set priorities and think networked
  • Empathy and knowledge of people to select suitable employees for clients
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • Strong communication skills and diplomatic tact in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Resilience, flexibility, and enjoyment of a versatile activity
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
  • IT affinity; knowledge of the nursing software Root-Perigon is an advantage
  • Valid driving license category B
