Finance Systems Analyst FP&A

Do you want to connect finance and technology and help shape the further development of a central planning system? In this role, you work closely within the CFO environment, advance digital financial processes, and create real added value for the entire corporate group.

Your area of impact

• You ensure the stable operation and administration of IBM Planning Analytics and contribute to high system availability and data quality
• Together with Group FP&A, you further develop data models, planning processes, reports, and dashboards and implement technical requirements
• You optimise and automate group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to reduce manual work
• You strengthen operational reliability through structured analyses, find sustainable solutions within your area of responsibility, and actively support releases, tests, and the integration of interfaces
• In close collaboration with internal and external contacts, you develop practical solutions and support users in their daily work
• With documentation, training materials, as well as digital and AI-supported approaches, you contribute to the further development of the finance system landscape

Your profile

• You have a degree or higher vocational training in business informatics, business economics with an IT focus, or computer science with an interest in finance
• Initial professional experience in business intelligence, finance systems, corporate performance management, or data analytics provides a solid foundation for this role
• You are interested in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and want to effectively connect finance and technology
• Ideally, you have knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics or a comparable planning solution
• You are characterised by a structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style and communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage
