Experienced IT Generalist / Computer Scientist 60–100% (m/f/d)

In our varied operation, you will support around 200 users from different areas together with the ICT team.
We are looking for from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement a patient and grounded personality with broad ICT understanding and joy in contact with people.
Your tasks
- First point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support
- Supporting our staff with ICT concerns and introduction of new technologies
- Administration and support of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure) and various local applications
- Operation, maintenance and further development of clients, servers, network and peripherals together with our external ICT partner
- Independent planning and implementation of ICT projects
- Procurement and configuration of ICT devices and mobile devices
- Collaboration with external partners and suppliers
Your profile
- Completed training in the ICT field (e.g. EFZ as ICT specialist, business computer scientist or media technician); further training at HF, FH level or comparable continuing education is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge in the Windows environment, networking and Microsoft 365
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, high sense of responsibility
- High service orientation and pronounced communication skills – also towards non-technicians and people with disabilities
