At blume 3000, you work in a small HR team with short communication lines and direct exchange – embedded in a larger central team. This way, we combine personal collaboration in everyday work with the structures and knowledge of a larger environment. Above all, you have the opportunity to take responsibility and help shape things, rather than just completing tasks.
The focus of this position lies in payroll and personnel administration. You ensure that our monthly payroll processing for around 100 employees runs reliably. At the same time, you are the contact person for all questions regarding salary and social insurance. The processes are clearly structured and provide you with a good foundation for your work.
A reliable and precise way of working is essential for this role. At the same time, there is room to contribute experience and develop things further when opportunities arise.
A commercial basic education forms the basis. However, what is decisive is your several years of professional experience in payroll and your solid knowledge of Swiss payroll systems. You work carefully, take responsibility, and know what matters in payroll processing. Knowledge of Abacus and Italian is welcome but not a mandatory requirement.
