Project Coordinator Facility Management
Building Department | 50% | Chur
The Building Department represents the interests of the canton of Graubünden as a property owner and/or client as the canton’s construction specialist office and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, realisation and management of properties as well as consultancy.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Facility Management from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
As a Project Coordinator Facility Management, you can expect an open working environment in Chur, attractive opportunities for further training and possible flexibility for family and leisure activities.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for energy/supply management to ensure economical and sustainable procurement, based on sound decision-making foundations through the development, preparation and monitoring of data
- Responsibility for contract management including procurement as well as professional examination and assessment of offers/contracts in operational building management
- Participation and coordination of maintenance, repair and implementation projects
- Responsibility for furniture/move management including needs assessment, economical procurement and ordering of furniture according to internal standards and guidelines as well as tendering, awarding and implementation of moves in coordination with ongoing projects
- Contact person for catering management with responsibility for monitoring quality and contractually agreed services
- Interface function between operational implementation and strategic planning
- Participation in the integration of operational requirements in the project and construction phase to ensure sustainable property management (pbFM)
What we expect from you
- Completed studies or further training in the fields of facility management or building, environmental and energy technology – or comparable experience as a technician HF in building technology
- You enjoy and are skilled in dealing with various stakeholders
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in teams on projects
- Confident use of digital tools is part of your daily routine
- You think entrepreneurially and networked
- You work with commitment, independently and service-oriented
- Your appearance is confident, friendly and convincing
- You have a stylistically impeccable manner of expression
- A broad general education and ideally knowledge of Italian complete your profile
