Your tasks:
- Event project management within the Orbe premises
- Barista support for VIP visits within the NPTC buildings and off-site
- Preparation of coffee tastings (setting up glassware and preparing dosages and blends) and serving products during tastings
- Coordination with project managers responsible for the products presented during events
- Support for organising visits involving various Nestlé entities
- Booking rooms according to client needs
- Setting up rooms and coordinating with different services for setups (IT, catering, handyman, etc.)
- Sending commercial products to various Nestlé entities worldwide
- Operational and logistical management on the day
Your profile:
- Continuing education in hospitality/reception or Diploma/CFC in commercial employee
- Junior profile accepted
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Office suite)
- Driving licence mandatory
- Neat appearance
- Sense of interpersonal skills and customer service
- Autonomous and proactive
- Organised and able to prioritise
