Do you want to support people with disabilities in shaping their lives independently and with the highest quality of life? Then we have something for you! For our Brüsti 3 department and the home of 13 people with increased independence, we are looking for a committed and reliable
Tasks
The tasks are as diverse as our residents. All tasks, assignments and services are planned, defined and carried out together with them.
- You plan and accompany the development of the residents and design daily routines that promote independence
- You maintain trusting relationships, also with key persons, conduct conversations and support in crisis situations
- You organise events, coordinate and accompany appointments and sometimes take on transport duties
- You document developmental processes, administer medication and handle administrative tasks
- You ensure needs-based care and support and take on domestic duties
Requirements
- Social Pedagogue (HF/FH), Care or Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- You conduct conversations confidently, actively address conflicts, organise in a structured way and gladly take responsibility
- You are a team player, resilient and work independently and in a structured manner
- You have high resilience, flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
