Your tasks
- Monitoring the maintenance of installations and technical equipment.
- Coordination with third-party maintenance companies.
- Management of breakdowns and tickets, providing solutions independently.
- General building maintenance: simple repairs, concierge services, and occasional cleaning.
- Reading energy meters and updating technical documentation.
- Maintenance of surroundings (green spaces, snow removal if needed).
- Participation in on-call service and availability to work some Saturdays.
Your profile
- Proven experience in concierge services and/or technical building maintenance.
- Good general knowledge in building fields (sanitary, heating, ventilation, etc.).
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).
- Versatility, autonomy, rigor, and a sense of service.
- Ability to adapt, work in a team, and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Mandatory category B driving license.
- Preferably residing in the Lausanne region.
- Reliability essential: criminal record and debt enforcement office extracts required.
