About the job
The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization effectively combines a local approach with an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a comprehensive and local hospital offer, regardless of where the services are requested.
Thanks to the commitment and competence of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relations, the EOC ensures quality healthcare by caring for over 41,000 inpatients annually and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations.
To complete our team in the dietary service at the hospitality service of the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic, Faido site, we are looking for a
Dietitian (40%)
Profile:
The future collaborator has training in dietetics with clinical experience, motivation, and initiative. They know how to organize their time efficiently, focusing their efforts on priorities. They have a propensity for teamwork while being able to work independently. A flexible, precise, and punctual person who, like us, believes in the importance of putting the patient at the center of all our attention. They personally and actively dedicate themselves to their continuous improvement.
Necessary requirements:
- SSS or SUP dietitian diploma or equivalent recognized by CRS
- Strong organizational skills with a strong predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Initiative spirit, good relational and communication skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, confidentiality
- Good ability to use main IT tools
- Native Italian speaker or excellent spoken and written knowledge, preferably with good knowledge of German or French
- Proven professional experience within care departments will be considered a plus
