Job description
For our Tissot boutique in Zurich on Bahnhofstrasse, we are looking for an Assistant Flagship Boutique Manager (100%) for a fixed-term position (May to November 2026).
As Assistant Manager and ambassador of Tissot, you will lead our boutique and team together with the store management to achieve the goals.
Your main tasks
- Support and representation of the manager.
- Contact person, motivator, and role model for employees to promote the potential of the sales team.
- Administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, vacation planning, reporting, and inventory management in the absence of store management.
- Expert advice on the entire Tissot watch range.
- All cash register processes.
- Changing watch straps and batteries.
- Responsibility for flawless and clean presentation of the collections as well as their merchandising.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the entire boutique.
- Participation in events and/or targeted training sessions.
- Promotion of B2B/B2C business.
Profile
- Proactive sales talent who values teamwork and is characterized by a positive attitude and reliability.
- You are also flexible to work on Saturdays.
Professional requirements
- Completed training in retail with ideally experience in the watch industry.
- Experience in team leadership.
Languages
- Perfect Swiss German and English skills.
