For our Human Resources Department at our headquarters in Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Creating and administratively processing all employment contracts
- Systematic recording of staff training certificates
- Absence control as well as administrative processing of medical certificates
- Responsible for managing personnel files in the ERP system
- Organising benefits (e.g. birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.)
- Planning and conducting the monthly induction day as well as the annual jubilee celebration
Profile
- Commercial basic training
- At least two years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- Further training as an HR administrator is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with high self-organisation and a structured way of working
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office)
- Differentiated oral and written expression in German
