- You support the Head of Administration & Processes in the operational implementation as well as in the continuous development of organizational, administrative, and analytical tasks of the Directorate Wil and take on their representation for the area of clinic administration.
- You optimize and design processes in the area of clinic administration.
- You participate in controlling as well as in analyses and reporting.
- You are involved in the planning and implementation of projects and concepts.
- You ensure professional communication, coordination, and committee organization.
- You have a higher vocational education (HF/FH/University) in business administration, health economics, or a comparable field.
- You bring professional experience in an administrative, analytical, or project-related function – ideally in the health or social sector.
- Your IT user skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are among your strengths.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – with a high quality standard.
- You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently at all levels, think networked – and discretion is a matter of course for you.
