Co-Head of Nursing
Your Tasks
As Co-Head of Nursing, you are responsible for the personnel management of a department at the Beitenwil location. You are a member of a management team in the "Nursing" area, which holds overall responsibility for the nursing sector at Landblick. In this role, you act not only as a recognised specialist and leader but also as a coach, actively contributing to a positive, appreciative corporate culture. You communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group and also actively support your team in direct care.
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in nursing; initial leadership experience an advantage
- Tertiary professional qualification in nursing or willingness to obtain one
- Initiative and motivated personality with positive team spirit and empathy
- Business understanding with a high standard of quality and service
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment and developing the area further
